WHO AM I ?
My Story
My name is Felipe, and I have been passionate about the world of physical training for 17 years. In 2022, I faced one of my biggest challenges: I had to pause my workouts for a year due to depression. By 2023, I became obese and completely out of shape. But it was precisely this low point that motivated me to turn my life around in 2024.
Transformation and Method
I applied all the knowledge I had accumulated over more than a decade in nutrition and exercise. I proved in practice that discipline and science can overcome genetics: all it takes is determination and the right strategy to change any path.
My Credentials
I am currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, but I have been specializing in the subject for more than 10 years. Additionally, I am a Level 3 certified Personal Trainer with a Level 4 specialization in Sports Nutrition, certified in the United Kingdom. Everything I do is based on scientific evidence.
